On My Own

I am now officially on my own in Texas.  We finished the trip yesterday, unpacked the car, and went exploring.  Today I drove my mom back up to the airport in Houston (hour and a half with her driving, hour with me driving), came back, and finished unpacking, and explored some more.  Work starts tomorrow.  I'm still a bit unsure of when I need to be there but for now I plan on arriving at 7:30.

I haven't met any of the other co-ops yet, but I hope to do so soon.  Some of them were going to dinner tonight but I had a TEDxPSU conference call during dinner so I couldn't go.  My friend arrives next week and her apartment is basically right upstairs from mine.  My roommate doesn't arrive until the middle of June so I have some time here to myself.

My apartment is awesome.  It is better than the one I was in in DE.  Our HB, MI apartment was definitely a fluke in the system because if sucked!  Here's some pictures
